Sun Ballast mounting structures are currently used by thousands of professionals worldwide and are designed to greatly simplify every phase of installing photovoltaic systems on flat surfaces, including ground installations. The ETN-certified concrete ballasts for ground-mounted photovoltaic systems do not require any anchoring to the ground and provide the modules with excellent wind resistance and protection against all weather conditions.
These concrete supports combine both the structural and ballast functions in a single component, allowing all installation phases to be carried out more quickly.
The 8 kW photovoltaic system shown in the photo was installed in France on a grassy surface using the Single-Row system. In this case, the system was used with a 15° tilt angle, but it is also available in 0°, 3°, 5°, 10°, 20°, and 30° versions. It allows full flexibility in adjusting both the row length and the spacing between panel rows.
Like all Sun Ballast mounting structures, the components used in this system are equipped with integrated M8 bushings for module fixation, come with a 25-year guarantee, and are compatible with a wide range of accessories.
