The robust structure ensures stability and ease of installation, even on uneven terrain. The innovative geometry of Big Ballast greatly simplifies handling, allowing every phase of the work to be managed in a practical and safe way.
Practical Interlocking Profile to Facilitate the Installation of Clamps and Modules
Thanks to the integrated aluminum rail on the upper part of the structure’s arms, module installation is further simplified, and the greater flexibility in the module fixing point makes assembly faster even on uneven ground. The rail allows clamps to be fixed at any point along a 20 cm range, without the need to perfectly align bolts and threaded bushings, thus simplifying the installation process.
Optional Anchoring
For projects that require greater stability – such as on soils with low bearing capacity or in areas particularly exposed to the wind – the front and rear through-holes allow the insertion of the special reinforcement stakes supplied by Sun Ballast. These elements further increase the safety and strength of the system.
Integrated Cable Tray Support
The top part of Big Ballast can be used as a housing for electrical conduits. This feature makes the system more efficient, organized, and cost-effective, while at the same time simplifying the work on site.
